What does regular housekeeping service look like?

Scheduled Housekeeping Services

What services are included in regular cleaning services? We customize what we do for you, but here’s a list of what bi-weekly housekeeping services generally include.

Bathrooms:

• Tubs, showers, and tile walls cleaned and sanitized

• Shower doors cleaned and sanitized

• Mirrors and fixtures cleaned and shined

• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped

• Toilets thoroughly cleaned

• General spot cleaning: ,

• General dusting

• Hard water removed (may require multiple cleanings)

• Cabinet fronts and handles wiped clean

• Extra attention to floors

• Baseboards wiped

Living and Bedroom Areas:

• Tables, counters, desks, and flat areas wiped and sanitized

• General spot cleaning: Doors and frames, window sills and blinds

• General dusting on shelves, corners of room

• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped, including empty closet floors

• Stairs vacuumed

• Individual items (picture frames, knick knacks, lamp shades, etc.) dusted

• Furniture surfaces wiped or vacuumed

• Baseboards wiped

• Carpet edges vacuumed

• Accessible areas under furniture vacuumed

Kitchens:

• Tables, counters, and flat areas wiped and sanitized

• General spot cleaning

• General dusting on shelves, corners of room

• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped, including empty pantry floors

• Top and front of range cleaned, drip pans or glass surfaces wiped

• Appliance fronts cleaned

• Microwave interior wiped

• Furniture surfaces wiped or vacuumed

• Baseboards wiped

• Carpet edges vacuumed

First-time or Deep Cleaning Services

The first time we visit your home, or if we are doing a one-time clean (such as a move-in or move-out cleaning), we will also give you an estimate to complete these cleaning services:

• Ceiling fans cleaned

• Doors and frames spot cleaned

• Window sills cleaned

• Window blinds cleaned

Specialty Services

Sometimes our clients need extra cleaning services—and we’re happy to help! These housekeeping services can be requested for an additional fee.

• Grout scrubbed

• Range/oven interior cleaned

• Clean out refrigerator and/or freezer

Services We Do Not Offer

Our housekeeping service does not include the following types of cleaning at this time:

• Exterior window cleaning

• Interior windows requiring ladders or specialty equipment

• Cleaning that requires moving large furniture

• Closet organizing

• Laundry services
